Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

All customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs duties:

shipping costs are non-refundable,
any shipping, return, handling, or customs fees charged by the courier will be deducted from the refund.

Once the return is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
